The Border Simulator
One World,
Gabriel Dozal’s THE BORDER SIMULATOR, a bilingual poetry collection (published in both Spanish and English), follows Primitivo’s journey across the US-Mexico border. This collection examines the border as both a real place and a living simulation, weaving in themes of capitalism, technology’s impact on humanity, surveillance and cryptocurrency, and privilege and access.
Gabriel Dozal is from El Paso, Texas. He received his MFA in poetry from the University of Arizona.
